Jessaca was brought up in a small town located in the Okanagan Valley of BC.  She has great gratitude to have been raised in an open environment, free to roam the mountains and explore the valleys. 

Her mom was a practicing spiritualist who brought the sounds of native drumming and the smell of sage into the home, who often told her, “No one can tell you how to feel".  Your feelings are yours and they come from within.  No one can take that away from you.” 

That statement has always stuck with Jessaca. Although it is true that no one can tell you how to feel, beliefs and patterns are often inadvertently handed down to us from others, which can result in “untrue” feelings.  Jessaca’s training as a Certified Intuitive Counselor has given her many tools to identify when a client may be experiencing these types of “feeling blocks”.  These tools can assist you to heal these blocks so that you may move past such invisible barriers. 

Jessaca is also a Third Level Pranic Healer.  Pranic healing is a technique that uses vital energy to cleanse and recharge the Auric Body and Chakra's.  Since we are Electro-magnetic beings it is important to keep the whole body, mind and spirit, balanced and clear.  This helps to keep our thoughts and emotions in harmony with our true self.

Jessaca also uses this approach as a preventative tool to keep dis-ease from manifesting in our physical bodies.  She believes in treating a person as a whole, in  mind, body and spirit. Which is why she feels that the inner child work she does, is one of great importance.  When we find ourselves in a state of self-sabotage, it is our inner child who becomes unhappy or afraid. 

Through a gentle, non-invasive process she can assist you with connecting to and healing your inner child by bringing him or her back into your heart.  This is an important process, which helps you to keep moving forward in your life. 

Inner child work can also be a beneficial process for children.  Through modern times and the age of electronic distractions, children have become disconnected to the real world and even themselves. Inner child work can help them to remain connected to their spirit in a healthy way.

Jessaca cares very deeply about where humanity is heading. She believes that everyone has a special place and purpose in the world.  Her mission statement is to assist you with connecting to your inner wisdom so that you may go confidently on your path.
